I wish to air my views via this medium. I am expressing my
gratefulness and appreciation to the management of MTN for promising
to send free #175 to MTN subscribers. This is a welcome development. I
was not really surprised, because I have been expecting such for the
past few years.
I received a message on my mobile phone, which reads “You will receive
free #175 airtime on 14th June. This is MTN’s way of showing you
appreciation for your support and loyalty. Do enjoy it at your
leisure. Thank you!” The amount, to some people may be too small, but
the way and manner it is being sent really impressed me. An adage says
“If a slave is grateful for a favour, he will definitely get other
favours.”
Thereby, on behalf of all MTN subscribers that have received and will
receive the #175 free airtime, I am saying kudos to MTN management and
staff. We would be looking forward to receiving freer airtime. I wish
to use this medium to thank MTN for the MTN XTRA COOL, which is giving
us access to talk to our loved ones between the hours of 12:30am and
4:30 am. I admit “MTN, THE BEST CONNECTION”, but try to improve on the
service being rendered.
