Gani the only Nigerian unanimously celebrated alive
I began to wonder if chief Gani Fawehinmi has died (God
forbid) ,he wouldn't have known how Nigerian loved and cherished his
ideas and legal prowess having lost in 2003 presidential election.
Chief Gani at 70 is almost everywhere may be our people thought he
would not come back, but then I was sure he's coming back and see how
Nigerian populace acknowledge his contribution to humanity.
Actually, this is my first article and it is burn out of the encomium
showered on Chief, that cut across religious, ethnic, political
affiliation. etc
I wish him quick recovery, a lot have been said about him and I wish
to see our legend. However, I will like this kind gesture to be
extended to all achievers when they are still alive since it has
become norms to celebrate only the fallen hero especially Nigeria
press.
