I want to use this means to inform you of the
dubious attitude of a service provider here in Abuja. Few months ago I
actually contacted Direct On PC a service provider domicile in Abuja
with head office in Lagos to assist me because I wanted to float a
cyber café and I had made everything in place.
The company gave me all necessary documents and equipment after a total
sum of #800 000,the café worked for just one week with good network
output. After a week the system became slow ,network was really bad, so
I had to call on them to inform them of the situation of things. They
told me something was being done about the slow connectivity ,could you
believe that since 2007 , Direct on Pc has not made any call to find
out how my café was running? I had to close down my shop because the
network was embarrassing and obviously lost all that huge sum of money
,just last week the dubious company had the audacity to call me
informing me that I am owning for subscription from Last year till date
for a café they knew I had closed down because of their bad network.
I just want to use this medium to tell all those interested in doing
business with these Lebanese guys to be very careful because they are
dubious.
